We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead and oversee manufacturing operations within an industrial environment. The role focuses on managing production processes, improving operational efficiency, and ensuring smooth workflow across multiple factory units.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in managing production, maintenance, and process optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and oversee daily manufacturing operations across multiple production lines
-Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards
-Supervise and lead technicians, supervisors, and production staff
-Monitor factory performance, productivity, and operational efficiency
-Implement process improvements to reduce waste and optimize costs
-Oversee maintenance activities and ensure equipment reliability
-Manage inventory, spare parts, and production materials
-Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company policies
-Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and other departments
-Analyze production data and provide reports to support decision-making
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 7–10 years of experience in factory or manufacturing operations
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or production systems
- Experience in managing production lines and factory operations
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP or similar)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience in inventory management and cost control
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement is a plus
