Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, workstations, storage areas, and food preparation spaces
- Support kitchen staff with basic tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Requirements:
- Previous stewarding or kitchen cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety procedures
- Teamwork and communication skills
