Job description
Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in UAE
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or any relative field
- Proficient in Microsoft office, Auto CAD 2D
- with Waterproofing experience in UAE
Job Description:
- Taking all measurements and estimation for all projects
- Double checking and verifying measurements for all projects
- Arranging with site QS for joint measurements
- Submitting Measurements to office (Management) for Invoicing
- Study the client drawings for the Project (Structural and Architectural; Layout and Details).
- Prepares Shop Drawings
- Site Measurement for progress Invoice.
- Visit the site and check with the foreman/Supervisor for the work done at site.
- Gather all the Delivery note to calculate Materials delivered monthly.
- Calculating the Wastage Reports.
- Bringing Approval for site measurements from the Client.
- Calculating complicated Lumpsum quantities.
