Job Description:
A leading company in Riyadh is seeking a professional HR Specialist (Recruitment) to join its team. The ideal candidate will handle the full recruitment cycle and ensure the attraction of top talent across engineering, technical, and administrative positions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviews, offers).
- Prepare and publish job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
- Review and shortlist CVs for different roles.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication with candidates.
- Prepare job offers, contracts, and onboarding documentation.
- Utilize local recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, Qiwa, TAQAT, etc.).
- Support the HR department with onboarding and orientation.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and databases.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience within Saudi Arabia.
- Experience hiring engineering and technical roles is a strong plus.
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies efficiently.
- Good command of English (preferred).
