We are a growing cosmetics and fashion retail store dedicated to providing exceptional products and outstanding customer experiences. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead our team and drive store performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and ensure smooth business performance.
- Lead, train, motivate, and supervise store staff.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, stock replenishment, and merchandising standards.
- Implement promotional campaigns and visual merchandising strategies.
- Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety regulations.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze store performance metrics.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager
- Experience in cosmetics, beauty, fashion, or lifestyle retail is preferred.
Pay: QAR6,000.00 – QAR6,500.00 per month
