We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Supervisor to oversee cleaning and soft services operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate must have experience working in shopping malls and airports, with a strong background in managing housekeeping, cleaning operations, manpower deployment, and service quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily soft services operations and cleaning activities.
- Manage and coordinate housekeeping and cleaning staff.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness across assigned areas.
- Conduct routine inspections and quality audits.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and performance.
- Prepare duty rosters and manpower deployment plans.
- Coordinate with clients and site management teams.
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and company procedures.
- Handle client complaints and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor cleaning equipment, materials, and consumables.
Requirements
- Mall and airport soft services experience is mandatory.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Soft Services Supervisor.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping and cleaning operations.
- Experience managing large teams in high-traffic environments.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to prepare reports and maintain operational records.
- UAE experience is preferred.
