Responsibilities

Technical responsibilities

  • To arrange the payment of staff salaries through the computerized payroll system . This will involve the collation and input of all relevant information for the monthly payroll including new starters, leavers, benefits, contract changes, sickness absence payments.
  • Payroll Calculation, making SIF file and Uploading via WPS online.
  • Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Preparation of Salary Wages, Maintaining Payroll, Employee Loan advance, Leave encashment, Annual Leave settlement and Employee full and final settlement.
  • Handling Time sheets calculation, leave absent and late coming and work out over time.

General responsibilities

  • To ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
  • Calculate wages, deductions, and overtime as per company policies and relevant laws.
  • Ensure accurate and timely distribution of payroll.
  • Address employee payroll-related inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Assist in resolving payroll discrepancies and issues.
  • Generate payroll reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
  • Participate in HR audits and ensure data accuracy.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or in any stream (MBA Preferred) with Minimum 03 Years of Experience in Relevant field – Core HR Payroll with GCC Experience.
  • Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations in State of Qatar.
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills

Pay: QAR2,500.00 – QAR6,000.00 per month
