Job Summary
Alqimma Equipment Company is looking for a skilled CNC Laser Cutting Machine Operator to join our Manufacturing & Production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC laser cutting machines to ensure high-quality production while maintaining safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines for sheet metal production.
- Load raw materials and unload finished parts safely.
- Read engineering drawings, CAD files, and production work orders.
- Select appropriate cutting parameters based on material type, thickness, gas, and cutting speed.
- Perform machine calibration and verify cutting quality before production.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring tools to ensure dimensional accuracy.
- Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor operational issues.
- Perform routine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Optimize material utilization and minimize scrap.
- Organize, label, and prepare finished parts for the next production stage.
- Maintain production records and comply with company safety procedures.
- Achieve daily production targets.
