Mathematics Faculty – Syllabase Learning
Syllabase Learning is seeking a passionate and dedicated Mathematics Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching skills, and a commitment to helping students achieve academic success.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Mathematics to school students following CBSE, ICSE, and IGCSE curricula.
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to students’ learning needs.
- Conduct regular assessments, assignments, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic support to help students improve performance.
- Create a positive, interactive, and student-centered learning environment.
- Address students’ doubts and strengthen conceptual understanding.
- Collaborate with academic teams to enhance teaching strategies and learning outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, assessments, and student performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics or a related field.
- Prior teaching experience in CBSE, ICSE, or IGCSE curricula is preferred.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex mathematical concepts and engage students effectively.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
