Hiring for Chef De Partie – Continental Cuisine for Catering Jobs in الرياض at Al Ghalia
We are looking for an experienced CDP – Continental Cuisine to join our central production kitchen for catering operations.
- Prepare Continental dishes with consistent taste, quality, and presentation.
- Handle bulk production, mise en place, portioning, and timely dispatch.
- Follow standardized recipes, SOPs, and food safety standards.
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food storage.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely production.
Requirements: 3–5 years of experience in Continental cuisine, preferably in catering, banquet, or high-volume production kitchens. Strong knowledge of Continental cooking techniques and ability to maintain consistency at scale.
Pay: From ﷼3,000.00 per month
