Position Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical, performance-driven Senior Google Ads Manager with deep, hands-on experience in the healthcare industry. In this target-oriented role, you will lead end-to-end patient acquisition strategy, campaign design, and conversion rate optimization across search, display, video, and local service ads.
You will be directly responsible for driving high-intent patient leads for clinical services, elective procedures, and specialized treatments while maintaining compliance with local healthcare advertising regulations (SHA/MOHAP/DHA) and Google’s Healthcare & Medicines policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Strategy: Architect, build, and optimize high-ROI Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, Remarketing, YouTube) to generate qualified patient leads.
- Conversion Rate & Lead Funnel Optimization: Design and refine landing page funnels, dynamic call tracking, appointment booking integrations, and lead capture workflows.
- Performance & Target Achievement: Take full ownership of key performance metrics (CPL, CPA, Lead Quality, Conversion Rate, ROAS) against strict monthly target quotas.
- Targeting & Keyword Architecture: Conduct advanced keyword research focusing on high-intent healthcare search queries, localized geo-targeting across UAE municipalities, and audience segmentations.
- Ad Copywriting & Localization: Craft compelling, high-converting ad copy in clear, culturally relevant Arabic, complemented by English variations for multi-demographic targeting.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Maintain strict compliance with Google’s Healthcare and Medicines policy, HIPAA/data privacy standards, and UAE healthcare advertising guidelines.
- Analytics & Tracking: Implement tracking setups via Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), offline conversion imports (OCT), and call-tracking tools to verify true patient conversions.
- Data-Driven Reporting: Provide daily performance monitoring and weekly strategic audits outlining spend, lead volume, cost-per-patient-lead, and optimization roadmaps.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Location: Must currently reside in the United Arab Emirates with a valid UAE residency visa or immediate availability to work locally.
- Healthcare Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of direct, hands-on experience managing Google Ads for hospitals, polyclinics, specialized medical centers, or health-tech platforms.
- Language Proficiency:
- Arabic: Native or fully fluent (written and spoken) — Mandatory.
- English: Professional working proficiency — Added Value.
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of hitting aggressive target-driven lead volume and CPL goals in the UAE healthcare landscape.
- Technical Mastery:
- Advanced proficiency in Google Ads Editor, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
- Experience with modern Google Ads features: Smart Bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS), Performance Max asset optimization, and conversion value rules.
- Hands-on implementation of call tracking (e.g., WhatConverts, CallRail) and CRM integration (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Certifications: Active Google Ads Certifications (Search, Measurement, Display, Video).
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with healthcare CRM systems and patient journey workflows.
- Knowledge of local UAE medical search trends, regional dialect nuances in healthcare queries, and audience behaviors.
- Understanding of landing page builder tools (e.g., Unbounce, WordPress) for rapid A/B testing of lead forms.
