Job Summary
Merveille Investments LLC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Communication Coach (Voice & Accent Trainer) to support the professional development of employees through communication, speech, and accent enhancement programs. The ideal candidate will help individuals improve their spoken English, pronunciation, articulation, confidence, presentation skills, and overall workplace communication.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct voice, accent, and pronunciation training sessions for employees.
Assess communication skills and identify areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver customized training programs focused on spoken English, fluency, and professional communication.
Coach employees on articulation, clarity, intonation, and speech delivery.
Provide one-on-one and group coaching sessions.
Support employees in improving presentation, public speaking, and interpersonal communication skills.
Monitor trainee progress and provide constructive feedback and performance reports.
Create training materials, exercises, and communication development plans.
Assist management in identifying communication gaps and implementing improvement strategies.
Promote confidence and professionalism in verbal communication across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Linguistics, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Voice & Accent Trainer, Communication Coach, English Language Trainer, or similar role.
Excellent command of spoken and written English.
Strong understanding of pronunciation, phonetics, speech patterns, and accent neutralization techniques.
Excellent presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organizational and reporting skills.
Experience in corporate training environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Voice & Accent Training, Communication Coaching, TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or related training programs.
Experience working with multinational teams and professionals.
Knowledge of business communication and workplace etiquette.
