FlyBird Tourism is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Consultant – Global Visa to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong knowledge of global visa processing and a proven ability to convert inquiries into successful sales while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities Handle sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media, and walk-in clients. Provide professional consultation on global visa requirements and application procedures. Assist clients with documentation, eligibility checks, and visa application processes. Process tourist, business, visit, and other visa applications accurately. Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed sales. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth visa processing. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth. Keep accurate records of clients and sales activities in the CRM system. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in Global Visa Sales & Processing (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Schengen, USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Brazil, China, and other global visa procedures. Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills. Strong sales and closing abilities with a target-driven mindset. Ability to assess client eligibility and recommend suitable visa solutions. Good organizational and time-management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
