We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team, specializing in facade, signage, and interior fit-out projects.

Experience: 2+ years in estimation for facade/signage/fit-out
Industry: Interiors / Signage
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and BOQs based on drawings and specifications
- Evaluate material, labor, and time requirements
- Collaborate with design, sales, and project teams for optimal solutions
- Source supplier quotes and maintain cost databases
Requirements:
- Proven experience in estimation within facade, signage, or fit-out works
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation tools
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under tight timelines
