We’re Hiring: English Book Buyer
Do you have a sharp eye for new releases and a passion for English-language books? We’re seeking an experienced English Book Buyer to lead our purchasing efforts for titles from the UK and USA. Our organization specializes in the selling and distribution of books, niche stationery, and educational toys
You will play a key role in selecting and procuring physical books for our retail and online platforms, contributing directly to sales success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and stay up to date on new English-language titles and catalogs
- Undertake all book buying operational needs
- Build and manage relationships with publishers and distributors
- Negotiate terms with suppliers
- Issue and track purchase orders in coordination with logistics
- Support sales campaigns with timely stock planning
- Attend book fairs and vendor meetings when applicable
Requirements:
- Fluent English speaker
- Minimum 2 years of experience in book buying or publishing
- Knowledge of UK/US publishing markets
- Proficient in Excel and ERP systems
