We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and oversee our construction operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineer with strong project management expertise, capable of managing multiple projects and driving operational excellence in compliance with UAE regulations.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of UAE construction standards, codes, and regulations
- Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects and overall operations
- Experience in project planning, budgeting, cost control, and resource management
- Ability to lead project teams, site staff, and subcontractors
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Immediate availability is preferred
Pay: AED15,000.00 – AED20,000.00 per month
