The General Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating all site activities for villa and high-rise construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project specifications and UAE quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily construction activities and manage site workforce, subcontractors, and trades.
- Coordinate civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and safety compliance on site.
- Coordinate with Engineers, Construction Managers, and subcontractors to resolve site issues.
- Conduct daily site inspections and ensure proper resource utilization.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and manpower allocation.
- Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of UAE construction experience, including villa and high-rise projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Ability to lead multiple teams and coordinate with project stakeholders.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
Pay: Up to AED8,000.00 per month
