The Senior Design Manager will lead, coordinate, and manage all design activities for the project, ensuring that design deliverables meet project requirements, client expectations, and international standards. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and technical expertise across multidisciplinary design packages. The Senior Design Manager will work closely with consultants, contractors, internal teams, and the client to drive design excellence and timely delivery. requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in design management for large-scale, complex projects.
- Proven experience in mega-events, mixed-use, hospitality, or landmark developments.
- Strong understanding of multidisciplinary design coordination.
- Experience working with international consultants and contractors.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple design streams simultaneously.
