The Garage System Administrator will be responsible for managing and supporting the day-to-day operations of garage-related software systems. The role involves maintaining accurate system records, coordinating with operational teams, monitoring software usage, and ensuring smooth execution of garage processes through the system.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and operate garage management software systems for daily operational activities.
- Maintain and update vehicle, customer, service, and transaction records in the system.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data entered into the system.
- Support garage staff with system-related queries and operational issues.
- Monitor system usage and ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Generate operational reports and provide necessary system data to management.
- Coordinate with software vendors or IT teams for technical issues when required.
- Assist in improving system processes to enhance garage efficiency.
- Train and guide users on proper usage of garage software.
- Perform regular checks to ensure smooth system operations.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Automotive Management, or related field.
- Previous experience working with garage management software, ERP systems, or operational software is preferred.
- Good knowledge of garage/workshop operations and processes.
- Strong data management and reporting skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot basic system-related issues from an operational perspective.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per hour
