Position Summary
The FM Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily facilities management operations to ensure the efficient, safe, and cost-effective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and support services. The role includes managing maintenance activities, supervising contractors and staff, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of facilities, ensuring all services are delivered efficiently.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for MEP systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil, and other building services.
- Monitor the performance of technicians, service providers, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs).
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental (HSE), and company policies.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency situations.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor maintenance schedules and ensure work orders are completed on time.
- Support budgeting activities by monitoring operational expenses and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with clients and internal departments to resolve operational issues.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of maintenance materials and spare parts.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with quality management standards.
- Train, guide, and evaluate maintenance staff to improve performance and productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in Facilities Management or Building Maintenance, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and civil maintenance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using CAFM or CMMS systems is an advantage.
- Good command of English; Arabic is an added advantage.

Pay: ﷼2,000.00 – ﷼3,000.00 per month
