We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused F&B Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the F&B team.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle guest complaints professionally.
- Maintain food quality, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Coordinate staff schedules and daily shift assignments.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is preferred.
