FLS Architect Engineer Jobs in Doha at Al Mohannadi Group Qatar
We are seeking an experienced FLS Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Fire & Life Safety design coordination, code compliance, and ensuring all architectural designs meet local and international fire safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review Fire & Life Safety (FLS) architectural designs and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with Qatar Civil Defence (QCD), QCS, NFPA, and international codes and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, and project teams.
- Review evacuation plans, compartmentation layouts, and fire escape routes.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and site inspections.
- Identify and resolve FLS-related design issues during project execution.
- Prepare technical reports and support authority submissions and approvals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Fire & Life Safety design and architectural projects.
- Strong knowledge of QCD, QCS, NFPA, and international fire safety regulations.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Pay: QAR12,000.00 – QAR13,000.00 per month
