Urgently Required 1 ( number) Finishing Foreman with GCC Experienced(Minimum 5Year in Civil ) for a construction company in Sharjah.
- Oversee and coordinate all finishing activities including plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, joinery, and final fixtures.
- Deep knowledge and experience in Construction -Interior fit out
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Maintain high-quality standards in all finishing works.
- Inspect and approve completed tasks before handing over for final inspection.
- Direct and manage site laborers and subcontractors involved in finishing works.
- Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
- Work closely with engineers, site supervisors, and safety officers.
- Coordinate the schedule of finishing works with MEP, civil, and structural teams to avoid delays.
- Request and verify required finishing materials.
- Ensure proper storage and usage of materials to reduce wastage.
- Track daily progress of finishing activities.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to the Project Engineer or Site Manager.
- Ensure all finishing work adheres to safety standards and company policies.
- Enforce the use of PPE and maintain a safe working environment.
- Address issues related to finishing details, coordination, or quality immediately to avoid rework or project delays.
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
