We are looking for a professional and organized Female Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.
Requirements:
- Female candidate
- 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and confidential documents
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid QID with transferable visa preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
- Organize and maintain office files and records
- Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
- Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as assigned
