We are looking for a professional and organized Female Executive Secretary to provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Female candidate
  • 3–4 years of experience as an Executive Secretary or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage schedules, meetings, correspondence, and confidential documents
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Valid QID with transferable visa preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives’ calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls
  • Organize and maintain office files and records
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external clients
  • Perform general administrative and secretarial duties as assigned
