Job Description
JMM Real Estate Broker LLC is seeking experienced and driven Off-Plan Real Estate Agents to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Dubai’s off-plan market, excellent sales skills, and the confidence to create engaging social media content to generate leads and build their personal brand.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell off-plan properties from leading developers in Dubai.
- Generate leads and maintain strong relationships with investors and clients.
- Conduct property presentations and investment consultations.
- Stay updated on market trends and new project launches.
- Create and appear in social media content, including property videos, reels, and market updates.
- Work closely with the marketing team to build an online presence and generate leads through social media platforms.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of Dubai Real Estate experience (Mandatory).
- Proven experience in off-plan property sales.
- Must currently be residing in Dubai.
- Comfortable creating and appearing in social media videos and property content.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Self-motivated, professional, and target-driven.
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
