Position Overview
The Financial Accountant will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and supporting strategic decision-making through reliable financial reporting. This role is ideal for a motivated accounting professional who is detail-oriented, analytical, and passionate about financial integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with accounting standards
- Perform account reconciliations and ensure data accuracy across all ledgers
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
- Assist with internal and external audit processes
- Provide financial insights and reports to support management decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in financial accounting or similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards (IFRS preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
