Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations and ensure effective financial management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cash flow management, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial planning. The candidate must possess strong leadership skills, extensive UAE finance experience, and a solid understanding of UAE tax and accounting regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage daily finance and accounting operations.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Reports.
- Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis reports.
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and key financial performance indicators.
- Ensure compliance with UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, IFRS standards, and all applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage annual audit processes.
- Review, implement, and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and financial systems.
- Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff, ensuring high performance and continuous development.
- Develop financial policies, reporting frameworks, and cost-control measures.
- Manage accounts receivable and payable, monitor outstanding payments, and maintain effective communication with customers and vendors.
- Conduct daily cash flow monitoring and reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis and management reports.
- Support business planning, financial decision-making, and operational efficiency initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 7–10 years of finance and accounting experience, with mandatory UAE experience.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or CA will be an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and UAE Corporate Tax requirements.
- Proficiency in accounting and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Tally, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
