IT Supervisor Jobs in Dubai at Qasd Property Management
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and supporting all the IT infrastructure across camp accommodations, offices, and operational sites. This includes ensuring stable connectivity, maintaining access control systems, supporting ERP/timekeeping systems, and supervising IT support staff. The role ensures compliance with UAE regulations and supports uninterrupted business and accommodation operations.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Oversee daily IT operations across camps, offices, and remote sites
- Ensure uninterrupted network connectivity (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet) for staff and residents
- Manage servers, storage systems, and cloud platforms
- Maintain and monitor CCTV, access control, and biometric systems
- Ensure proper functioning of ERP systems, time attendance, and payroll-related platforms
- Provide IT support for labor accommodation facilities, including:
- Internet access for residents
- IPTV / communication systems (if applicable)
- Coordinate IT setup for new camps, rooms, and office expansions
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure system functionality across all locations
- Implement cybersecurity measures (firewalls, antivirus, access controls)
- Ensure regular data backups and disaster recovery readiness
- Monitor system usage and prevent misuse of company IT resources
- Maintain user access control for systems and networks
- Coordinate with IT vendors, ISPs, and service providers in the UAE
- Manage procurement of IT equipment in line with company policies
- Maintain IT asset inventory (laptops, desktops, routers, biometric devices, etc.)
- Ensure warranty tracking and preventive maintenance schedules
The Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in UAE
- Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory role
- Experience in camp operations / facilities management / multi-site environments is highly preferred
- Familiarity with UAE telecom providers (Etisalat / du) and local compliance standards
