We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Specialist to join our Human Resources team on a temporary six-month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, validating employee data and HR records while supporting ongoing HR projects. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities
• Accurately enter, update, and maintain employee information in HR systems and databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• Prepare, clean, and organize large volumes of HR-related data.
• Generate reports, dashboards, and summaries using Microsoft Excel.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity.
• Support HR projects involving employee records digitization, data migration, and document management.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information at all times.
• Assist with record management, and HR administrative tasks as required.
• Collaborate with HR team members to resolve data discrepancies and improve data quality.
