About the role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced human resources manager to join their team in Dubai, UAE. This role will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring the effective management of employee lifecycle processes while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving organisational performance through talent management, employee engagement, compliance, and operational excellence across potentially multi-entity or group structures.
About the requirements
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management, ensuring a seamless candidate and employee experience.
- Develop, implement, and continuously update HR policies and procedures in line with UAE labour law and best industry practices.
- Manage and enhance performance management systems, employee engagement initiatives, and talent development programmes.
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary matters, compensation, and benefits administration professionally and in compliance with regulations.
- Manage HR operations across multiple entities or group company structures, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Prepare HR reports, analyse workforce data, and provide strategic HR support to senior management.
About you
- Minimum 10+ years of proven experience as an HR manager
- Strong and well-rounded background in human resources management
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management skills
- Highly adaptable, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certifications such as CIPD and/or SHRM are an advantage
- Leadership style: hands-on leader with strategic thinking, strong problem-solving capabilities, and a compliance-driven approach
- Very good communication skills in English
