Ananline by Mashael Albogami is seeking a confident and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly, professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, promotions, and brand values
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally
- Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays
- Support stock management, including receiving and organizing products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge is a plus
