Fixed Salary
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling residential and/or commercial properties
Show properties and host open houses
Market listings through online platforms, MLS, and social media
Guide clients through contracts, negotiations, and closing processes
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Follow up on leads and manage client inquiries
Stay informed on local real estate market trends and industry changes
Qualifications:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Real estate license (or willingness to obtain one, if applicable)
