Welcome and assist clients in a professional and courteous manner.
Manage appointment bookings and confirmations.
Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and customer inquiries.
Handle billing, cash, and card payments accurately.
Maintain client records and daily reports.
Coordinate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth operations.
Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
Promote spa services and products to clients when appropriate.
