PSA Academy is one of the UAE’s leading multi-sport youth academies, established in 2014 and serving over 3,000 students across Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman. Our gymnastics programme operates across multiple premium venues, and we are looking for an experienced Female Gym Instructor to oversee and grow our offering.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and enthusiastic Female Gym Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about fitness, confident working with female clients, and committed to providing a safe, professional, and welcoming training environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and delivery of gym and fitness sessions across different fitness levels.
- Support and supervise junior gym instructors across multiple venues, where required.
- Develop, maintain, and update structured fitness programmes and progression frameworks.
- Conduct regular fitness level assessments and grading.
- Liaise professionally with members regarding their fitness progress and development.
- Ensure safety, safeguarding, and quality standards are upheld at all times.
- Support the preparation and delivery of internal and external fitness events and activities.
Requirements
- Recognised Gym Instructor or Fitness Instructor qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 3–5 years of relevant gym or fitness experience, preferably working with female members.
- Prior leadership or senior instructor experience strongly preferred.
- Experience designing fitness programmes and assessment frameworks.
- Safeguarding and First Aid certification preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
- Must be available to work afternoons, evenings, and weekends.
- Currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate.
Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
