Position: Project Engineer
Department: Construction / Civil
Reports To: Project Manager
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a construction company within the UAE.
- Must possess a valid UAE Driving License.
- Should have successfully completed at least two construction projects from start to handover in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai construction regulations, authority requirements, and approval processes.
- Thorough understanding of all inspection stages and procedures required by local authorities.
- Experience in coordinating with authorities, consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Ability to manage project execution, site activities, manpower, subcontractors, and project schedules.
- Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- DM (Dubai Municipality) Approved Engineer is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, supervise, and execute construction activities as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with Dubai Municipality and other relevant authorities for approvals and inspections.
- Ensure all inspections are scheduled and completed in accordance with project requirements.
- Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and compliance with authority regulations.
- Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Prepare project reports, inspection requests, and technical documentation.
- Ensure projects are completed within budget, schedule, and quality standards.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- DM Approval (Preferred).
- Experience working on building, Construction projects in Dubai.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED9,000.00 per month
