We are seeking an experienced, professional, and elegant Hostess for our upcoming luxury French and Japanese fusion fine dining restaurant. As the first point of contact, you will embody our brand’s sophistication, welcoming high-profile guests with warmth and grace.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly upon arrival with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Manage reservations, seating charts, and guest flow using digital hosting platforms.
- Coordinate tables efficiently with service staff to optimize restaurant capacity.
- Handle inquiries and phone reservations with an impeccable, upscale telephone etiquette.
- Address complaints or special guest requests gracefully, ensuring a seamless experience.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hosting experience in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants.
- Language: Fluent in English, French languages skills are a strong plus
- Professionalism: Exceptional grooming standards, punctuality, and a highly professional work ethic.
- Personality: Naturally warm, engaging, and pleasant personality with high emotional intelligence.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills and familiarity with reservation systems
- Flexibility: Ability to work evening shifts, weekends, and holidays.
