Admin & Accounts Assistant (Sales Experience in Automobile Industry Preferred)
We are looking for an Admin & Accounts Assistant to handle daily administrative, accounting, and sales support activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in invoicing, accounts, documentation, and customer coordination. Experience in the automobile/car industry will be an added advantage.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily administrative and office operations.
  • Maintain customer records, files, invoices, and account documents.
  • Perform data entry, update Excel sheets, and maintain costing records.
  • Prepare invoices, purchase entries, and basic accounting reports.
  • Coordinate with customers, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, follow-ups, and documentation.
  • Maintain vehicle inventory records and sales-related paperwork.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Email.
  • Knowledge of invoicing, bookkeeping, and basic accounting procedures.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Experience in administration and accounts is preferred.
  • Sales experience in the automobile/car industry will be an added advantage.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
