Job Purpose | الغرض من الوظيفة:
The Director of Credit is responsible for leading the company’s credit strategy, developing risk assessment models, and managing the loan portfolio to optimize credit performance while minimizing risk exposure.
Key Responsibilities | المهام والمسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- Prepare department strategy, policies, and procedures.
- Develop and monitor credit policies and procedures.
- Conduct periodic reviews of existing customers.
- Develop credit scoring models for risk assessment.
- Calculate and establish interest rates on loans.
- Maintain detailed records of company loans.
- Develop acceptance criteria for credit applications.
- Assess the creditworthiness of potential customers.
- Optimize the company’s credit performance and reduce credit risk.
Requirements | المتطلبات:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s/CFA preferred).
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in credit/risk management, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Saudi National.
