About the Job
SEED Global Education is organising the SEED Business School Fair in Riyadh – a prestigious international education event connecting ambitious students and professionals with top global business schools.
We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join us as part of the Event Outreach & Support Team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on exposure in student engagement, event management, and international education networking.
Event Date: Saturday, 31 October 2026
Time: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM AST
Venue: Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya
Role 1: Event Outreach Counselor
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the fair among students, graduates, and professionals.
- Register attendees and ensure confirmed participation.
- Act as a bridge between students and the event team.
Event Volunteer (On-site Support – One Day Volunteering)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with attendee registration and welcome desk
- Guide and usher participants across the venue.
- Support logistics and coordination during the fair.
- Ensure smooth experience for universities and attendees.
