Job Overview (Hiring For RIYADH)
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team in Riyadh. The role focuses on generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the events and exhibitions industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
– Identify and approach potential clients
– Conduct cold calls, emails, and client meetings
– Promote company services effectively
– Generate new business opportunities
Client Meetings & Presentations
– Meet clients to understand their requirements
– Conduct presentations and project discussions
– Perform site visits when required
Proposal & Quotation Management
– Prepare quotations, proposals, and cost estimates
– Coordinate with design, production, and finance teams
– Ensure timely submission and follow-ups
Negotiation & Closing
– Negotiate pricing, timelines, and project scope
– Close deals in line with company policies
– Ensure proper documentation and contracts
Client Relationship Management
– Maintain strong relationships with clients
– Handle inquiries and concerns professionally
– Encourage repeat business and referrals
Coordination & Reporting
– Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Production, Operations)
– Update CRM and maintain accurate records
– Submit daily and weekly reports
Requirements:
– Saudi National (mandatory)
– Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field
– Minimum 1–3 years of experience (events/exhibitions/fit-out preferred)
– Experience in B2B sales and client handling
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting
– Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Additional Details:
– Immediate joiners preferred
– Must be based in or willing to relocate to Riyadh
– Competitive package based on experience
