Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Aluminum & Façade to join our team. The role is open for both Dubai and Riyadh locations. The selected candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for aluminum and façade projects, supporting tendering activities, and coordinating with design and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for aluminum and façade systems (curtain walls, cladding, glazing, skylights, doors & windows)
- Review tender drawings, specifications, BOQs, and contract documents
- Prepare detailed BOQs and cost breakdowns
- Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and project teams for value engineering
- Support full tendering and bidding process from inquiry to submission
- Maintain updated material and labor cost databases
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of estimates
Requirements
- 4–8 years of GCC experience in aluminum & façade estimation
- Strong knowledge of façade systems, materials, and GCC market pricing
- Ability to read and interpret technical and shop drawings
- Proficiency in MS Excel and estimation tools/software
- Strong analytical and coordination skills
- Good communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-rise, commercial, and large façade projects
- Knowledge of UAE and/or Saudi Arabia market standards
- Immediate joiners preferred
