Job Summary
Team Safety Consultants & Training LLC is seeking a qualified Electrical Inspection Engineer to join our Abu Dhabi branch. The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in electrical engineering, inspection, testing, or maintenance and will be responsible for conducting third-party inspections of electrical systems and equipment while ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and testing of electrical installations, equipment, and systems.
- Inspect electrical panels, generators, transformers, switchgear, grounding systems, and other electrical assets.
- Perform thermal imaging inspections to identify electrical faults and overheating.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and certification documents.
- Identify non-conformities and recommend corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety standards and company procedures.
- Coordinate with clients and site personnel during inspections.
- Maintain proper inspection records and documentation.
- Follow company Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in electrical inspection, testing, maintenance, or commissioning.
- Good knowledge of electrical systems and safety standards.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics.
- Strong technical report writing and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UAE Driving License is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a third-party inspection company is an advantage.
- Knowledge of thermal imaging inspections.
- Familiarity with UAE regulations and international standards.
- Any relevant inspection or electrical certifications will be an added advantage.
