Art and Craft Teacher – Female Jobs in Sharjah at Providence English School
Core Responsibilities
- Curriculum Delivery: Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with educational standards (e.g., CBSE or British curriculum).
- Instruction: Teach diverse art forms such as sketching, painting, clay modeling, papercraft, and collage. Instruct students on color theory and the fundamental elements of art (line, shape, form, space, texture, value).
- Skill Development: Foster imagination, originality, and fine motor skills while allowing students to freely express their unique ideas.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, stimulating, and organized studio environment. Ensure students use tools and hazardous materials safely.
- Assessment & Administration: Evaluate student progress through continuous assessment, maintain records of their performance, and provide constructive feedback.
- Events & Exhibitions: Prepare student artworks for displays, school functions, and exhibitions.
- Resource Management: Manage supply inventory and prepare equipment for classroom use
