Ducting Foreman Jobs in Dubai at Current Engineering Services LLC
We are looking for an experienced Duct Foreman to join our team and supervise ductwork installation activities on construction projects in the UAE.
Job Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily ductwork installation activities at the project site.
- Lead and manage duct installers, fabricators, and helpers.
- Read and interpret HVAC ductwork drawings, layouts, and specifications.
- Ensure duct installation is carried out according to approved drawings and project requirements.
- Coordinate ductwork activities with other MEP trades and site teams.
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and daily work progress.
- Supervise installation of supply air, return air, fresh air, exhaust, and related duct systems.
- Ensure proper installation of duct supports, insulation, access doors, dampers, flexible connections, and other accessories.
- Check workmanship and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Follow project safety procedures and ensure workers use proper PPE.
- Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues to the Site Engineer/Project Manager.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC ductwork, with at least 2 years as a Duct Foreman.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC duct installation and construction practices.
- Ability to read and understand HVAC/MEP drawings.
- Experience supervising duct installers and helpers.
- Knowledge of duct supports, insulation, dampers, grilles, diffusers, and related HVAC components.

Salary AED 3,000–5,000 per month, depending on experience and evaluation on interview
