Project Manager – Aluminum & GlazingKey Responsibilities
- Manage aluminum and glazing projects from initial planning through execution, completion, and final handover.
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, fabrication, logistics, and site installation activities to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Lead and supervise project teams while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, identify and resolve technical and operational issues, and implement corrective actions where required.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, budgets, risk assessments, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and applicable regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8–10 years of proven experience in the supply, fabrication, and installation of aluminum and glazing systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of curtain wall systems, windows, doors, façades, cladding, skylights, and architectural glazing.
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software; familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction-related software is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver projects within tight deadlines while maintaining high quality standards.
