Commission Structure
This is a 100% commission-based role with an industry-leading split structure. You earn 40% of the commission on every deal you close. Depending on property value, that is typically $8,000 to $80,000+ per single deal. Agents with an established portfolio and existing client relationships can expect to scale earnings significantly faster than market averages.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and closing deals on your own listings as well as opportunities shared within the team.
- Participating in regular short-form video shoots
- Attending property viewings with clients across Dubai — driving is essential.
- Collaborating with senior partners on high-value transactions.
- Growing your personal brand and contributing new opportunities to the team.
The Partnership Model
- Joining Phase: You integrate into the team, onboard onto our content production system, align on processes, and start closing deals with your existing listings and network. Senior partners are available for high-value deal support.
- Growth Phase: You scale your personal brand through ongoing content production, expand your portfolio, leverage shared team resources, and begin contributing developer and landlord relationships to the wider team.
- Mature Phase: You transition into a fully independent partner with greater autonomy, access to premium mandates, and a higher revenue share.
Mandatory Requirements
- Currently based in Dubai — physical presence is required for client meetings and property viewings; remote-only applicants will not be considered.
- Valid UAE Driver’s License — you will be driving clients to property viewings independently.
- Proven real estate sales experience — minimum 1 year of active deal-closing in the UAE or comparable market; you must be able to demonstrate a track record.
- Own property listings / inventory — you should bring your own portfolio of listings or established developer/landlord relationships.
- Willingness to appear on camera — comfortable being filmed for short-form property content that builds your personal brand and attracts clients.
