Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager (UAE National) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth across our Signage, Creative Design, Branding, Bespoke Fabrication, Interior Fit-Out, and Printing divisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients and target industries for new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate leads and expand the company’s client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and production teams to develop compelling sales pitches and presentations.
- Present company services and capabilities to prospective clients, highlighting value propositions and benefits.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
- Track, monitor, and report on sales activities and business development performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
- Coordinate with project, production, and account management teams to ensure smooth project execution and client onboarding.
Qualifications & Requirements
- UAE National (Emirati) – Mandatory.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Advertising, Branding, Signage, Printing, or Interior Fit-Out industries.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
