Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to join our real estate development company. The Document Controller will be responsible for managing and organizing all project documents in a systematic manner to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
– Maintain an organized system for storing and retrieving project documents
– Ensure all documents are accurately labeled, filed, and version-controlled
– Distribute documents to the appropriate team members and stakeholders in a timely manner
– Monitor and track document changes and revisions
– Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure compliance with document management procedures
– Assist in preparing reports and summaries of document activities as needed
Candidate Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
– Proven experience working as a Document Controller in the real estate or construction industry
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office suite
– Knowledge of document control processes and procedures in a project environment
