We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and bilingual Telesales Executive to join our team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role tailored for a professional who excels at outbound calling, relationship building, and sales-focused lead management. You will be primary responsible for driving business growth through direct outreach while ensuring high-quality client management and administrative accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Telesales & Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, deliver persuasive sales pitches, and actively follow up on existing leads to achieve business targets.
  • Bilingual Pitching: Effectively communicate, negotiate, and handle client inquiries
  • CRM & Sales Documentation: Manage day-to-day sales administrative tasks, including precise data entry, updating CRM records, and maintaining organized client files.
  • Client Relationship Management: Respond promptly and professionally to prospective customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person to ensure a seamless sales experience.
  • Problem Solving: Address client concerns during the sales cycle and coordinate with internal departments to provide timely, effective solutions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience strictly in Telesales, Customer Relations, Insurance, or the Banking sector.
  • UAE Market Experience: Minimum 1 year of UAE-based experience is required.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Core Competencies: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal/people skills, and high attention to detail in administrative tracking.
