A reputable and well-established pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a district sales supervisor for their Abu Dhabi office.

Main responsibilities

  • Achieve revenue, sales, profit, and qualitative objectives and targets.
  • Monitor territory performance and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Analyse sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities.
  • Ensure optimal product availability and visibility across assigned accounts.
  • Supervise, motivate, and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Provide monthly reports for sales, activities, market feedback, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, life sciences, business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience leading or mentoring a sales team.
  • Primary care, consumer healthcare, or OTC experience is a must.
  • Proven record of achieving sales targets in the Abu Dhabi region.
  • Experience working with pharmacies, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
